March Madness

Well, not too much madness in March.  But we did have silly hair night at AWANA.  

We took a trip down to Birch Aquarium in La Jolla over the weekend at the beginning of March.  Always a good time watching the fish and trying to spot a few whales out in the Pacific.  After the aquarium, we headed down to SD to meet Chris's cousin and his wife who were in town for a Cardiologist Conference.  We had an incredible dinner at the Harbor House and watched the sun set.  

And speaking of fish, this girl can fly in the water.  It has been so much fun to watch her this year at youth swim.  She is a natural and absolutely loves it.  Her freestyle stroke is so graceful but watch her do butterfly and you can see just how strong and powerful she is.  Proud of all she had accomplished and all the hard work she has put into improving.
