This and That

I take so many pictures with my phone.  I love that I always have a camera with me to catch fun little moments.  Here are some of my favorite shots from November.

Luke's new TMNT hat for our chilly weather in GA.

and new suitcases of course.

Hayley's drawing titled " God the Artist"

Hannah helping me make pumpkin muffins

Girls decided to open a car wash one afternoon.  No shoes and short sleeves at the end of November.  Again, perfect weather here.  I think it was 70 degrees this day.

Hannah trying on her dance costume

Field trip to the historic Balboa Theatre to hear the SD Philharmonic play

The 13th MEU spouses dinner cruise on the Hornblower.  The cruise takes you all over the San Diego harbor.  Wonderful food, dancing, and great company.  Fun way to celebrate the almost halfway point of this deployment.

Another trip to LEGOLAND with Aunt Holly!
Good times!

Our Comfort Quilts came just in time for our trip.  So so special

Chris doing what he does.  So proud of him.  They are hanging on every word.

Went to another performance at the Star Theatre.  This time to see Willie Wonka, starring our very own babysitter as Veruca Salt.

Early Christmas Present

The mail has been super SLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWW with this deployment.  I know that Chris gets to check the blog every now and then so I am going to post an early present for him since there is no way these prints are going to get to him in time for Christmas.

I love you so much and am so very proud of you, Chris.  Almost half way done.  Woohoo.

Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!

Four years old!!!
I blinked and here we are with a beautiful, sassy, sweet, hilarious, birthday girl. Missing Daddy on her special day, but having wonderful friends and neighbors help us celebrate cheered everyone up.
She opened her pile of presents first thing that morning.  Loved all the loot from Mommy, Daddy, Luke, Hayley, Grammy, Big D, Mimi and Papa!

We seriously ordered the biggest cake ever!  Inviting our entire street over as well as some other very close friends calls for a lot of cake. A party in the drive way on a Sunday afternoon was perfect.  Kids played, parents chatted, and cake was served.  Doesn't get much better!
Hannah was most excited about the Tinkerbell toy in the middle of the cake.

Best big brother and sister in the world helped serve lemonade to all of our guests.

Hannah's face in this picture pretty much sums up the day!  Joy!
We love you to the moon and back, sweet Hannah Beth.  Happy 4th Birthday to our baby.
