Well, it is officially the first day of summer and I have neglected to post about our Spring. Having Chris home and settling back in as a complete family is always my absolute priority when he comes home from deployment. Needless to say, there has been very little time to sit and blog but I will do my best to fill you in on all we have been up to lately.
Another visit to Legoland to see the set of the Lego Movie!
Meeting Wild Style
Making our sign to hang on the house for Chris's return.
Mrs. Jarratt, Luke and Hayley's wonderful piano teacher and also one of my very dear friends. We are sad she is moving away, but so thankful she is moving to GA so we can see her while we are there visiting family.

Easter Sunday
Many games of Stratego have been played since Chris coming home.
Hayley made dinner for us one evening when I wasn't feeling too well. She is such an awesome helper and so thoughtful. Can't believe she will be nine in a little over a week!!!
Mother's Day
Trip to Legoland Waterpark with our friends.
Luke and his best bud, Jack
Experienced a very scary round of wild fires here in CA. This shot was from our backyard the first day. For 3 days, over 10 fires burned in Southern California. Hoping and praying we don't have to experience this again anytime soon.
Chris receiving a Meritorious Service Medal from General Mundy at 1/4 Dining Out
Building forts while we were stuck inside during the wild fires.
Official last day of 4th, 3rd, and preschool year 3!!!

Barbara Bradstreet, Amy Bronzi and I at the Change of Command. Couldn't ask for more incredible women to be surrounded by in our Marine Corps family.
